Uganda vs Ghana ended in a goalless draw at Mandela National Stadium in Uganda.

Both teams had hopes for winning the game as they increase on their hopes for qualifying to the world cup that will held in Russia next year.

Ghana and Uganda both had opportunities to claim all three points, particularly during a second half that grew more frantic as the duo saw their prospects of qualification fade as the game ended in goalless draw.

Both teams turned their eye on the Egypt vs. Congo game hoping that the Pharaohs will lose to the Red Devils but this was all in vein when the Pharaohs smashed the Red Devils 2 - 1 in Borg El Arab, Alexandria.

This meant that hopes for Uganda and Ghana to qualifying came to an end as the Pharaohs went to 12 points leading group E and qualifying to world cup Russia 2018. this left Uganda on 8 points in second place, Ghana in third place with 6 points and Congo in fourth place with only 1 point.
